NOGA aspires to represent most online gaming operators in the Netherlands.
The Hague-based NOGA, which already has 11 associate members, was established in 2013. Its goal is to make the Dutch online gambling business “well-regulated, attractive, and safe, with a fair playing field.” LeoVegas and Tombola, two more providers, joined in the past year.
Bayton, which primarily concentrates on distributing casino games through several brands, is licensed by the Malta Gaming Authority. The corporation has 13 online casinos under such well-known and respected names as Jackpot City, Spin, and Lucky Nugget.
NOGA will provide the Dutch market a chance to be heard and, ideally, help influence the public’s opinion of gaming, according to Gregory Bettridge, Director of Bayton. Furthermore, he said that Bayton’s primary goal is to assist its customers have a positive and long-lasting gaming experience.
Bettridge suggested that they can strengthen their systems for responsible gaming and coordinate their efforts to better prevent fraud and money laundering by partnering with other well-known operators and having open communication with authorities.
Bet365, Betsson, Betway, Entain, Flutter Entertainment, Kindred Group, and Nuvei are all associate members of NOGA.
The Association expressed their happiness at Bayton’s inclusion in the NOGA family, which is expanding all the time. With the knowledge and advice provided by Bayton, the Dutch market will benefit even further from the company’s involvement in some of the world’s most successful online casinos.
When Bayton announced its intention to join, NOGA took it as a positive indicator of the industry moving toward full collaboration. To the benefit of the Dutch gaming market, the organization looks forward to working closely with them.
This month, NOGA became a strategic partner of the All-In Diversity Project, which strives to promote diversity, equality, and inclusion in the gambling industry.
Before the market opening in October, NOGA urged tighter restrictions on gambling advertising in the Netherlands. Online gaming rival trade organization VNLOK agreed to a voluntary advertising policy for online gambling that includes stricter limits on advertisements targeting vulnerable groups, such as a prohibition on advertising bonuses for those under the age of 25.
